Spacious flat of 100m2 suitable for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms just 100m from the beautiful beach Cala Ferrera and 5 minutes' walk from the lovely bay Cala Serena . On request, we can also place a baby cot.

The flat has an area of 100m2 and is located in a quiet area of Cala Ferrera. The bakery and a local supermarket, some cafés and restaurants are located a stone's throw away.

The bustling centre of Cala D ´Or with its countless restaurants and shops is 2km away and easily accessible on foot.

This makes it the perfect location for a relaxing and sun-drenched holiday with the family or with friends where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the island.

The well-kept flat has all the amenities you need for a carefree stay, including a large and small terrace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, WIFI, washing machine, two bathrooms and toilets, iron, safe, hairdryer and a cosy living room with TV.
